Rates for Christmas and New Year will be set at £285 per night with a minimum booking period of 5 nights. The price is based upon 6 people staying.
A £200 deposit is required to secure a booking. This becomes your security deposit when the balance is paid.
One-off charge of £75 for laundry and general clean.
At times bookings for less than 3 nights possible.
