Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Our rates are quoted in Sterling, but you do have the choice of paying us in Euros (subject to the current currency exchange rate)

  Payments can be made electronically in either currencies. Please note that if you are paying from outside the Eurozone and the UK, an additional £15/Euro20 is payable per bank transaction to cover the charges that we incur to receive such international payments. For payments made by PayPal there is a 5.25% charge.
  
  Cheques & PayPal are only payable in Sterling.
  
  The above rates quoted above are for parties of 2-4 guests. There is an additional cost of £8/€10 per night for a 5th guest.
  
  Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion
  
  The rates are inclusive of final cleaning, linen and utilities
• Upon your arrival our representative will meet you at the predetermined location you have agreed upon and will personally be take you to our apartment. They will show you around explaining how things work and answer any queries you may have.
  
  The charge for this 'Meet and Greet' is payable locally €35 to our representative (€55 for arrivals after 8pm). The English speaking management company is nearby are they are available throughout your stay should you encounter any problems or emergencies.
  
  Minimum 3 night stay - although a 2 night stay may occasionally be possible but an additional £58/€65 linen and cleaning fee will be charged.
  
  Discounts available for stays of two weeks or more.
• The apartment's spacious lounge/dining area equipped with TV, Blue Ray/DVD ipod docking station, 5.1 surround sound system and WiFi access. The apartment is equipped with central heating & air conditioning for winter & summer months respectively.
  
  The compact kitchen has a fridge, Combination oven, a dishwasher and hob. You will find everything you will need to cook 'at home' during your stay.
  
  Ca ' Masena is situated in one of the most desirable areas within Venice, a few steps away from the glorious Zattere waterfront in Dorsoduro. The nearest Vaporetto is San Basilio, a 2 minute walk, while the Zattere Vaporetto is about 4 minutes away and which is also the stopping point for the Aillaguna waterbus service from San Marco Airport. We are about a 10-12 minute walk from Pizzale Roma (the coach terminus) & approximately a 20 minute walk from Santa Lucia (the train station). Of course you can take the vaporetto to us from either of these two termini.
