~ A 30% non refundable deposit or £150 (whichever is the greater) is required at the time of booking as a guarantee for all bookings taken.the balance for your stay is due 45 before your stay commences. For breaks booked within 45 days of arrival the whole balance will be due upon booking.
~ A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is required and will be returned within 10 days of you leaving assuming any damages/breakages are replaced and it is important that you note that any breakages/damages that cost more than the value of any such deposit given to us must also be paid for in full.(we are not concerned with minor brea
