A security/ damage deposit of $300 will be held upon credit card authorization
Pool heating is optional at $300 per day. We do not guarantee temperatures.
A cleaning fee of $125 will be added for stays of less than 7 nights - Check in time is 4:00 pm
Check out time is 10:00 am - This villa is strictly non smoking. Offenders will be charged a $300 fumigation fee.
