The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.
Security sum of Euro 300 is required against damages or cleaning issues. Fully refunded when agent confirms that no such problems arose. This sum is payable with the 75% balance.
Flexibility on less than 1 week stay may be possible, but needs to be discussed well in advance of arrival date. - Breakfast Service:
