Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 25% deposit is payable to secure a booking with the final payment made 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bank transfers can be made directly to our Swiss Franc, UK Sterling or Euro bank accounts. In addition a Sfr 1,000 security deposit is held by the owner against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of the end of the rental period subject to any deductions made. Holiday travel insurance including cancellation cover is recommended as rental payments are non-refundable. The rental period will be for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday unless specifically agreed. The property will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
- Rental rates include linen and towels, TV, DVD Player, heating, electricity and a reasonable quantity of logs for the open fire. Professional cleaning after your stay is included in the cost of the rental but there may be an additional charge if the chalet requires extra cleaning and this amount will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.
