Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• PRICING POLICY:
  
  Our base rate includes the following: Local taxes, Towels and linen, all variable (water, gas, electricity) and fixed utility costs (satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access) up to 30-day stay and a 2-person occupancy.
  
  Please add €20 per night for each additional guest.
  Seasonal surcharges may apply during peak season (between June and September, Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays.
  
  
  PAYMENT POLICY
  
  In order to confirm your booking, we request you to pay a Deposit that varies between €250 and €1500, depending on the property and the length of your stay. This Deposit protects landlords against “no-shows” and against damages to their properties. The Deposit shall be paid upon reservation and will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out, subject to the rent having been paid in full and the apartment not having been damaged. The actual Rent shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
  
  Payments are refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
  
  Cancellations that reach us more than 6 weeks in advance result in the Deposit being refunded, minus a handling charge of €150. Any cancellation that reaches us less than 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date will result in the Deposit not being refunded.
  
  AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
  
  We can arrange for your airport transfers to facilitate your arrival/departure at/from the apartment. Having passed through customs and the baggage claim area, you will be welcomed by the driver holding a sign with your name on it. The cost for transfers from/to Atatürk International Airport is €40 for up to 3 persons (€60 for groups between 4 and 6 people).
• ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN:
  
  On the day of your arrival, our representative will welcome you at your apartment. You will inspect the property together and you will be provided with two sets of keys, the welcome booklet as well as a copy of your contract and the check-in inventory.
  Check-in time is from 3:00pm (€30 late/early check-in charge will apply between 10:00pm to 07:00am).
  
  
  CLEANING SERVICES:
  
  Prior to your arrival, the apartment is fully cleaned.
  Upon request, we can arrange for housekeeping services to be provided to you during your stay. Please note that this service is not included in the base rate and an extra cost will be charged.
