Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rates: June, July, August, October and November are $2499 per month.
July or December is $2999 per month
January or April is $3999 per month
February or March is $4999 per month.
May or September is $1999 per month.

Extra wks summer/fall = $799 per wk
Plus 11% Florida Tax. No extra fees! (cleaning is included unlike most rental houses!) We accept Mastercard/Visa/American Express/Discover Cards/Debit Cards. 50% due to reserve dates; remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are refundable, minus $200 cancellation fee, as long as property is re-rented. Until confirmed booking, rates are subject to change without notice. Saturday is arrival/departure day. Ask about holiday rates.Guests can request 'FLEX PAY' option to spread balance over 4 even installments with only 25% deposit and your choice of due dates! - * We have two very similar side-by-side Venice Island vacation houses for friends or relatives.

For a little sunset watching and live music, the home is a short 2 block walk to beautiful Venice Beach, the very popular Sharky's ocean-front bar & restaurant; and Venice Pier popular for fishing. We are close to the island's public golf course & tennis courts - and short drive to 5 challenging public and semi-private golf courses. The home is close to the historic downtown district filled with Northern Italian architecture, charming boutiques, antique stores, and first-rate restaurants. The Venice Little Theatre is a wonderful place to see some of the area's finest performances. After the theatre, enjoy a delicious dessert or evening snack at one of the many area restaurants or visit one of many nightspots offering dancing/live entertainers. You will find Venice offers many reasonably priced restaurants, shops & activities - providing a very affordable, fun-filled vacation for all ages!
Enjoy a FREE MEMBERSHIP FOR ENTIRE FAMILY to award-winning Y's outdoor Olympic-size pool (heated in winter & cooled in summer); fitness classes for all ages, strength training, aquatic classes, massage therapy, aerobics, spinning, palates, yoga, 3 tennis courts, 2 raquetball courts, skateboard park,& free childcare. Recently featured in 'Coastal Living' magazine as the 'Mediterranean Mayberry,' Venice Island is extremely friendly & relaxed. The Venice area can accommodate your deepest desires to get away from it all. Spend an evening enjoying a romantic sunset on Venice Beach, then wake up early to rent a boat or share a picnic lunch on one of the private islands in the area. When the sea air has calmed your soul, further pamper yourself with a massage for two followed by a gourmet dinner at one of the area's many restaurants. Antiques anyone? It's easy to shop til you drop anywhere in the greater Venice area, but your shopping days won't be complete until you've ventured through the many antique shops on Miami Avenue in Downtown Venice. Stop for an afternoon ice cream cone or sweets at one of many delicious treat shops. When the shops have closed, enjoy an evening stroll.
