The balance of rental is payable 28 days before the arrival date.
A refundable security deposit of €300 is also payable 28 days before the arrival date.
We accept payment in Euro through Paypal (credit cards) or bank transfer.
We do not accept personal cheques. - The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure providing:
The house is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
All keys are left on the kitchen table.
No damage is done to the house or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to pets.
No linens are lost or damaged.
All rubbish is placed in appropriate bins
Dirty dishes are placed in dishwasher or cleaned
Check out time is adhered to
The renter is not evicted by the owner or their representative or local law enforcement
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation occurs:
28 days or more before the arrival date the renter will be charged the 33% booking deposit
15-27 days before the arrival date the renter will be charged 50% of the rental rate
