TOWELS SUPPLIED ARE ONLY FOR THE HOUSE.. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS - Many restaurants and cafes walking distance and on the beach. Also 24hr Super market, Bakery and Pharmacy in Ornos town 400 meters from townhouse.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION TO HOLD THE DATES.
PAYMENT – An advance payment of 50% of the total ,is required upon booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent at the Townhouse in Pleiades Ornos Mykono. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF PAYMENT is due 30 days before your arrival date. Refundable security deposit of 500- 700 Euros in cash and 50 Euros of clean up fee.
. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations that are made more than ninety days (90) prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations that are made within sixty days (60) of the arrival date will result in penalty 50% of the total rent. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival is NOT refundable. - Rates are for 4 people each additional person is 50 euro CONSIDERATION FOR REDUCED RATES FOR LONG TERM
