  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : ALL THE ABOVE RENTAL PRICES ARE UP TO 10 PEOPLE charged per week or per night for short break and they are all sub-divided according to the rental seasons. No discount for fewer people since the Villa is rented entirely. FOR ANY MORE GUEST, THE PRICE IS UP TO 200 € FOR PERSON A WEEK , UP TO A MAXIMUN OF 16 PEOPLES . Villa la Serenella offers discounted rates throughout the year: 15 % off for guests that stay for 2 weeks excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve periods.
  These rental policies may be altered by the owner at his discretion
  RATES INCLUDE : Internet access, bed linen, bath and swimming towels, water, electricity, cooking gas.
• RATE DO NOT INCLUDE: Heating cost during the winter season and any additional maid service upon Guest request and the security deposit .
  BOOKING: 40% of rent must be paid at the moment of booking by credit card, bank draft or by PayPal as deposit. On receipt of the deposit the booking is definitively confirmed. The remainder is due upon arrival by cash or by credit card (with an extra 5% for credit card commission fees).
  - SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 500euro (or by credit card) as refundable deposit for any damage or breakage which may occur during your stay. When you departure the money (or credit card) will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
• CANCELLATION by the client: Once the booking is confirmed, if you have to cancel it, we will proceed in this way: - up to 120 days before rental period: 30 % of the deposit; - up to 90 days before rental period: 60 % of the deposit; - up to 60 days before rental period: 90 % of the deposit; - otherwise (less than 31 days before rental period) 100 % of the deposit.
  CHANGEOVER DAY: We consider reservations from Saturday to Saturday but we also consider short stay with a minimum of 3 nights during low seasons. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is from 5pm and the Check-out by 10am.
  - EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE :with extra charges - extra linen change, extra towels, extra domestic help, washing and ironing, babysitting, continental breakfast, first-day shopping, private chef, chauffeur, welcome food basket, meal, wood for fireplace, wine and food testing, pets allowed, airport transfers, daily tours to cities and wine tours or testing,Weddying in the Private Church and Party.
