Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Change over days will usually be Friday to Friday although we will be as flexible as we can, occupation is from 4.00pm and the property to be vacated at 10.00am on the day of departure.
Deposit
Bookings will not be confirmed until a non refundable deposit of one third of the total accommodation rental is received.However, if the booking is made within six weeks(42 days) of the commencement date, the full rental will be required.
Balance of hire
This will be due six weeks (42 days) before the commencement date. We reserve the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received 21 days before the commencement date and to retain the deposit if re-letting is not possible. - Security deposit
Additionally, there will be a security deposit of £100 for 3to 4 days and £200 pounds for 1 to 2 week and £500 for over 2 weeks. Assuming no damage or loss the security deposit will be refunded within a week. However the sum reserved as a security deposit will not limit the client's damage or loss liability
