- Welcome to us all seasons!
You will be greeted upon your arrival by our English speaking representative who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment. You will also have her mobile/cell no to contact if any issues arise during your stay. Beds made up and towels are included in the price as well as end stay of clean. Use of WiFi and electricity is free of charge.
Beach towels are not provided.
For shorter stays than one week stated, please, email or phone us and we will be happy to give a price. For longer stays of 3 weeks or more we may be able to give a discount. - On booking: 30% deposit of the rental price is required. A confirmation of the booking will follow as soon as the deposit payment is received. The remaining 70% are due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. For bookings made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date at the property the whole rent is thus required to be paid at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 500 Euros is required prior to arrival. A couple of days after departure it will be fully refunded provided everything is in order. In the event of damage, please contact our manager so that damage can be assessed together.
In case of late arrival after 9 pm there will be an extra charge 30 € which is paid directly to our manager
Cancellation policy: Booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation over 28 days before arrival, 50% will be refunded. Over 14 days before arrival, 25% will be refunded. - Check in: 3pm on day of arrival. We will try to accommodate earlier arrivals if at all possible. A surcharge will apply for arrivals later than 8pm local time.
Check out: 11am on day of departure. We will try to accommodate later departures, but this is less possible in peak season and holiday times.

- The big bathroom has both a bath and a shower, two big basins with a big mirror over, a small enlargement mirror and a hair-dryer. A toilet. Lot´s of space for personal items under basins and in the cupboard beside. The second bathroom has a shower, a basin, a mirror, a hair-dryer and space for personal items in the cupboard beside. By the entrance is a second toilet with a basin.

- The master bedroom is at the corner of the building with two windows. There is a king sized double bed (160 cm large), wardrobes, a cupboard with several drawers complemented with an elegant wide and foldable mirror in the same style and a chair. The second large bedroom has a double bed, two single (2X90 cm) beds linked together, a wardrobe, an armchair and a chic pouf. The cosy smaller third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm large) and a spare mattress, a coffee-table and a chair, a writing-desk with an office chair and bookshelves.
