Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- PAYMENT: Payment is due in British Pounds using Paypal (you can use your debit/credit card). At the time of booking, 30% (non-refundable) is due to secure your dates and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. A £50 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings, per week. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A fully refundable £300 (plus £30 for pets) security deposit is due 30 days before arrival and is refunded via Paypal on the day of departure if there has been no damage or excessive cleaning required.
- TIMES: Normal CHECK-IN is after 5:00pm and normal CHECK-OUT is before 11:00am, however alterations to these times are usually possible if agreed at the time of booking. A fee may be deducted from your security deposit for unapproved late check-outs that inconvenience the cleaners or our next guests.
- EXTRAS: There is a safe for your valuables and a mobile phone if needed; you will need to top up the UK pay-as-you-go SIM. If you need anything at all to help make your holiday more special, please just ask.

- The bathroom is on the main level with the entrance, kitchen and diner, lounge and garden, making it ideal for easy living. A combination bath/shower is available, with unlimited hot water, making it excellent for de-stressing at the end of a busy day touring around London.

- Both bedrooms are upstairs in carpeted rooms and each contain one comfy double bed with high quality linen. Should any guests be limited by stairs, the sofa in the living room is very comfortable for one - or an air mattress for two fits comfortably on the floor. There is also a single fold-away cot that can be used for an extra guest. The Master Bedroom has three floor to ceiling wardrobes with mirror doors (one conceals a desk). A working fireplace with exposed brick takes centre stage in the room, with a vanity to the left and a large bookcase to the right. At the foot of the bed, there is a chair and laptop desk. The Garden Bedroom has one floor to ceiling wardrobe, two large drawers under the bed, an ornamental Victorian fireplace, desk and bookcase. Finally, there is also a travel baby cot for families with a child.
