Credit card details are required to confirm your reservation. 25% of the booking will be charged to your credit card as a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be increased to 50% forty-five days prior to your arrival. Balance of payment will be applied 14 days prior to the arrival date - cancellation within this period may result in full payment forfeiture. Check-in information will be sent by email 7 days prior to arrival date. NB We do not rent to persons under 21 years of age. When the rentor is between 21 & 25 years of age, a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be required.
Any property damage (beyond normal wear and tear -at the owners discretion), Noise violation fines, Security fines or excess cleaning charges will be charged to your credit card. We will not be responsible for injury or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or for delay incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of the group.

A pine 4-drawer dresser holds the TV/VCR and the room has a large mirrored closet. Quality sheets, pillows, duvet, and blankets are provided. The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed with all bedding provided. An additional rollaway bed can be made available on request.
