Final payment for villa rental period is due: 45 days prior to arrival from 14 April - 20 December, 90 days prior to arrival from 21 December - 4 January, 60 days prior to arrival from 5 January - 13 April. * Cancellation :a) outside 45 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 25% of the gross rental price. b) from 45 to 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the gross rental price. c) within 20 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the gross rental price. All Peak Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable.

No charges will applied to the card unless there is damage to the villa or it's contents during the rental period.
* The villa has a housekeeper, gardener and pool maintenance person.
* The owner of the villa is not liable for any damages occurred with the services provided by any member of the villa staff.
* The villa owner shall not be liable for any injury or damage to the renter or any person in their party while occupying the residence. The renter of the villa shall be responsible for all acts of their party or anyone invited into the villa during the rental contract period.
Check out time for your villa rental period is 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Golf is available on the island and many Casinos on the Dutch side. Yes, this island is interesting because it has a French side and a Dutch side with contrasting styles.
