Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Short Breaks:
3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff. - Additional facilities:
We offer a range of extra facilities, which are available for hire through our office 'happy holiday homes' in Menaggio: cot hire - Euro 20 per week, high chair - Euro 15 per week, push chair - Euro 25 per week, camp bed – Euro 85 per week, WiFi or USB Internet stick - Euro 35 per week (includes Euro 10 consumable credit). Please note that signal and connectivity is not guaranteed and may depend on the strength of the signal in your rental property.
Making a booking:
To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
Additional service charge: €85 (7 days & less) & €105 (7 days plus) - Calendar Updates:
We manage a number of properties. The calendar updates are not shown, due to continuous availability changes. Please enquire for your chosen dates, cancellations and special offers.
