Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• PRICING POLICY
  
  Our base rate includes the following:
  Local taxes
  Towels and linen
  All variable (water, gas, electricity) and fixed utility costs (satellite TV) up to 30-day stay
  2-person occupancy
  
  Please add €20 per night for each additional guest.
  
  A seasonal surcharge may apply during peak season (between June and September, Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays).
  
  PAYMENT POLICY
  
  In order to confirm your booking, we request you to pay a Deposit that varies between €250 and €1500, depending on the property and the length of your stay. This Deposit protects landlords against “no-shows” and against damages to their properties. The Deposit shall be paid upon reservation and will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out, subject to the rent having been paid in full and the apartment not having been damaged. The actual Rent shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
  
  Payments are refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
  
  Cancellations of bookings that reach us more than 8 weeks in advance result in the Deposit being refunded, minus a handling charge of €150. Any cancellation that reaches us less than 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date will result in the Deposit not being refunded.
  
  AIRPORT TRANSFERS
  
  We can arrange for your airport transfers to facilitate your arrival/departure at/from the apartment. Having passed through customs and the baggage claim area, you will be welcomed by the driver holding a sign with your name on it. The cost for transfers from/to Atatürk International Airport is €40 for up 3 persons (€60 for groups between 4 and 6 people).
• ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
  
  On the day of your arrival, our representative will welcome you at your apartment. You will proceed to a visit of the property and you will be provided with two sets of keys, the Welcome Booklet as well as the Check-In Inventory List. Check-in time is 3:00pm, but please note that in case of earlier arrival we will try to accommodate you as much as possible. For late/early check-in between 11:00pm to 07:00am, please note that a €30 charge will apply.
  
  CLEANING SERVICES
  
  Prior to your arrival, the apartment is fully cleaned by our professional cleaning service, bed sheets and towels are changed and the property is fully inspected to ensure that all advertised items and equipments are in good working order. Upon request, we can arrange for housekeeping services to be provided to you during your stay. Please note that this service is not included in the base rate and an extra cost will be charged.
