Villa EVE, located on the typically “Wild Mykonian” in landscape hill top area of Kalamopodi, in the south of Mykonos island, overlooking the bays of Paraga and Paradise with the Aegean Sea Island of Naxos in the distance. It is a new, ultra-modern, fully furnished, vacation home, blending traditional island architecture with all modern comforts for an unforgettable experience in outdoor and indoor living.

On entry, a private pool-BBQ area and an inviting outdoor living and dining space with its shaded terrace and splendid view, captivate the imagination. Everyone adores these outdoor amenities and this is the most popular gathering spot. Many guests can be accommodated in this area for receptions or informal parties.

One enters this Mykonos Villas into a spacious, tastefully decorated living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and fireplace, perfect for relaxation. In the hall way of this level, there is also a guest bathroom. Down the conch shaped staircase and at garden level, one finds two (2) en-suite bedrooms with queen size beds (one exiting to the garden) and an additional living/dining area and guest bathroom. In addition at this level, this Villas in Mykonos has an independent double bedroom en-suite that exits to the garden, and a cozy, private living room with an unfolding sofa bed. On the top level an independent studio/apartment, with an outdoor living area on a shaded terrace, is suitable for a couple that requires flexibility, independence and further privacy.

. - ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION
Rates are valid per night, for the whole villa, for up to 8 adult guests with up to 2 babies and 2 toddlers in addition. For larger groups of more than 8 people (max.10) there is the option to book an individual fully equipped Guest house with extra charge.
If you have specific dates in mind we advising booking early as we do get fully booked through-out the season.
Stays of less that 4 nights (or 7 nights for July & August) are available at a 20% surcharge.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable 30% of the requested dates is payable. The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel your booking.
. - Fully refundable security deposit of 600 EURO is required during your entire stay. This can be paid at the time of booking or preferably paid on arrival by pre-authorising a credit card, or in cash on arrival which is released/ returned upon check-out.
Cancellation terms: 4 weeks or more prior to start date 30%. Within 4 weeks prior to stay 100% of fees.
Payment Methods: by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer in Euro, British Pound or US Dollars.
Children are welcome when accompanied by responsible adults. Any damage will be billed to registered adult at full replacement cost, which is at the sole discretion of Blue Lagoon Villas.
Children must be under the constant supervision of their guardians.
Our villas' are not up to par with safety standards or suitable for children under 16 and toddlers.
An additional waiver form is required to be sign on arrival, regarding parents responsibilities.
