1 time fee of €50 charge for maintenance of our villas. - We are property owners of ref no`s 430443,430446,1025556,898546,822808 and 821993 the last 3 villas are adjoining with each other and are suitable for large groups up to 70 people.Prime location for wedding planners.
Prior to your arrival our cleaning team will work carefully to leave the property clean. Nevertheless the Villa should be left tidy after your departure. If Property is left dirty a charge is incurred. If Sheets/Blankets get stained a charge of €50 is incurred.
During your stay loud noise and indecent behaviour is strictly not allowed. Any arising complaints from neighbourhood, the owner has the right to terminate the holiday.
On departure guests are to leave property tidy and keys inside. Smoking is prohibited inside. Outside permitted only. - On reservation of booking client is required to pay a non-refundable 35% deposit to secure booking . The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior your arrival but for june,july and august 90 days prior arrival.
