• ONLINE PAYMENT at (www.houseawayrentals.com) Prices are based on 5 night minimum stay. Final cleaning and taxes are included as well electricity, water, Gas & wireless Internet. Rates are based on 2 occupants. 25 Euros per day/night is charged per extra person to a maximum of 8 people. Reservation requires 30% down payment. Full payment of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. BOOKINGS COMMENCING WITHIN 30 DAYS, PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING. Payment can be made ONLINE PAYMENT VISA & MASTER CARD AT (www.houseawayrentals.com) BANK TRANSFERS & CANADIAN INTERACT E-TRANSFERS. CANCELLATIONS The reservation deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to rent out the same period again, in which case, we will refund it in full (less any transaction or credit card fees incurred). No portion of the rental fee will be returned should your departure date be sooner then the agreed upon date. Damage Security Deposit is required and is due prior to checking in.
• The Damage Security Deposit is fully refundable; for 1 week occupancy is 300 Euros and 500 Euros for 2 weeks or longer. The Damage Security Deposit will not be applied toward rent, and is refunded providing that the following is met: (A) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. (B) All garbage is placed in the garbage containers, and soiled dishes are either washed or left soaking. (C) All house contents are accounted for, and any charges accrued during the stay are paid in full prior to departure. GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED to use the property for any commercial or business purposes. The premises shall neither be used as a party venue, nor any social gathering where ten or more people are inside the unit at any given time, without prior consent of the Owners.
• GUESTS; Occupant(s) assumes full responsibility for the behavior of their guests during this term and any damage done to the house and property. Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy, or any violation of the above stated conditions, the Owners, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to terminate the Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation. The Owner is not responsible for any personal injuries suffered by tenants or their guests while on the property, nor for any damage to occupants personal property, FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policy must be approved by the owner in writing and in advance.
