Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Full payment is required with reservation. Cleaning and property management charge of 40 pounds applies per rental. If paying by bank transfer or Paypal, refundable security deposit of 200 pounds applies.
  
  Quoted rates are for up to two guests. Three additional guests can be accommodated, at £10 per guest per night.
  
  Payment can be made by bank transfer, by PayPal or by credit card.
  
  Checkin is after 15:00 and checkout is before 10:00.
  
  The flat contains an extensive guide to local facilities including supermarkets, restaurants, and sights.
  
  A lightweight, comfortable foldup mattress, or airbed, is provided for each additional guest. These are placed on the floor. For mattress photos, see http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search/searchTerms/0670904.htm. The mattresses are firm and are 15cm high by 66cm wide by 198cm long.
  
  A short stay fee of 50 pounds applies to rentals less than four nights.
• Refunds for cancellations apply from the day written notification is received, as follows:
  * More than 14 days' notice: we refund 80% of the value of the accommodation
  * Between 14 and 8 days' notice: we refund 50% of the value
  * Less than 8 days' notice: no refund.
  
  Damage/Security. The following will if necessary be charged against your credit card or security deposit:
  * Any remaining rental fees, if you have not yet paid in full
  * The cost of any missing or damaged items
  * Excessive and unreasonable cleaning costs
  * The cost of unreturned keys: £13.50 per set plus lock-changing fees if necessary
