Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rental rates are inclusive of bedlinen, towels, housecleaning on departure, electricity, water, TV (accept NRK where special card needed), Internet usage, credit card fees when paying the rent and local holiday taxes !
A 35% non-refundable down payment of the rent is due within 5 working days of booking while the remainder is payable when you are given the keys to the apartment by our hostess. We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers.
You will be asked to post a €500 security- and breakage deposit, either in cash or by a debit to your card. This to be refunded on departure as agreed with the hostess and after any deductibles. - Possibility to rent the first week of the Film Festival at EUR 3900 and the secondweek at EUR 1600.
