- GUEST BEDROOM Next is the guest bedroom and bathroom. This large room also has vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting, a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, a designer ceiling fan, shutters and very good natural lighting. A large sliding patio door accesses the South facing deck. A TV with a DVD player and a clock radio are provided. The bathroom features a glass tile lined shower, frame-less glass shower door, limestone floors, granite counter-tops and a tumbled marble back splash. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king size canopy bed, designer fan, recessed lighting, a 32' LCV TV, clock radio, a large sliding patio door with access to the East facing deck. This large room has connected master bathroom with a glass tile lined shower, limestone flooring, granite counter-tops, tumbled marble back splash and a vanity area with seating. We believe this is the largest bathroom in the Niguel Beach Terrace complex.
