Security deposit for weekly rentals is Euro 300 to be paid on arrival. To be returned in full upon departure provided no damage is made to the house.The security deposit for monthly rentals depend on the length of the stay. We also recommend that you have a travel accident & damage insurance covering your stay. Check in 4pm to 8pm, check out before 10am-Saturdays unless otherwise agree - Deposit on reservation; 20 %, 30% 60 days prior to arrival and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee; 20% 90 days, 50% 60 days, 100% 30 days prior to arrival. - The rates include bed linnen & towels for up to 6 persons,free Internet WIFI, and electricity for 6 persons as of May 01 to mid October.
A sure charge for electricity & heating is applicable from mid October to end April. This charge is 130/week .
The rates include full maintenance of garden all year and the pool from May to October. For other periods contact owner.
