Bedroom 3 has twin beds, speakers, cable tv and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and a speaker also connected to the master system and cable tv. It also has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over with access onto the pool deck

We have a luxury fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar adjoining the dining room overlooking the pool deck. The kitchen has a dishwasher, range cooker, built in microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser.

The living room is almost 25 ft x 19 ft, with 32" television, DVD player and music system. One of the sofas is also a queen size bed for extra guests. Patio doors open the entire width onto the covered lanai which is ideal for alfresco dining overlooking the free-form swimming pool and jacuzzi. Patio furniture, loungers and outdoor speakers are all provided for your enjoyment.

All bedrooms, the living room, and covered lanai have ceiling fans. There is a door intercom system and smoke detectors fitted for peace of mind. The property also has a monitored alarm system.

Other Facilities
We provide all towels and have a selection of bed linen to suit all age ranges (both male and female) in our twin rooms.

There is a washing machine and drier, plus iron and ironing board to save you bringing heavy cases packed with clothes!

The cot and highchair are available at no extra charge. Pool heating may be necessary in winter months and the child safety screen can be removed should you prefer. We have 4 tennis rackets for your use at the on site court and board games for quieter times of your holiday when you are not in the pool or the games room.

We can also provide BBQ hire. Please enquire about prices. Under Florida Law, a BBQ may only be used outside of the pool screen.
sleeping :
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general :
The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
entertainment :
The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.
eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
