Putney & Wandsworth House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
A 25% advance non refundable deposit payment is required to confirm your booking. The balance needs to be paid on or prior to your arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date, full payment is required upon confirmation of booking.
Check-in is from 2pm on day that rental is due to commence, and check-out is at 11am on the day after the last night booked. Depending on bookings, you may contact me to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure times by a few hours.
A £200 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is refunded at check-out if no damage to property or content or excessive cleaning needs have occurred.
