Early arrival or late departure subject to availability for an additional fee.
A non refundable deposit is required equal to 25% of the total booking cost payable at the time of booking.
The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We will confirm the dates by return and send a booking form and hold the dates for 7 days to allow you to arrange your flights and get the booking deposit to us. - Confirmation of your holiday and receipt of your payment will be sent either by post or email. We will send an invoice detailing the balance due for the villa together with any other services you have requested.
Directions to Our Calabay Villa and key collection/gate code details will be sent around 2 weeks prior to your holiday.
Irrespective of the payment method all customers will be required to complete a Guest Registration form on arrival at the villa including credit card and full guest party details.
A Security deposit ($250) will be taken on arrival at the villa by our management company and returned following the stay subject to no breakages.
