Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Whole property sleeps 6 which costs $1500 per week. If there are 8 of you, then the sofa bed in the lounge will have to be used, which will incur a surcharge of $250 per week or $50 per night.
On arrival the agent will require a deposit of $250 per week for electricity. Provided you use 400 units or less per week, your deposit will be returned in full; any excess over that figure will be charged at 50 cents per unit and taken out of the deposit.
Cleaner on departure included in the rates.
Check in time 1600, check out by 1100 (to allow time for the cleaners before the next guests arrive). Baggage can be left outside these times to be collected later.
