Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices are for the hire of the boat based on up to maximum of 6 people resident. Dogs are welcome at £55 for one dog and £80 for 2 dogs.
The price includes VAT and damage waiver fee.
The prices exclude mooring fees which are paid locally, depending on where guests moor. Example; Henley charges £9 a night. Beale park is free.
The price includes all linen and towel hire and also one hour's tuition in the operation and driving of the boat.
Guests will be required to return the boat with a full tank of diesel. This can easily be done when the boat is returned to the marina and the staff there will assist guests with the fuelling (not self service). Diesel estimated costs are £12 per day.
A secure carpark is available for guests to park their cars (max 2 cars per booking). This is paid directly to the marina on departure day and is £5 per car per night. - In the event of strong stream conditions (Environment Agency Yellow boards or Red boards) hirers will not be permitted, for safety reasons, to take the boat on the Thames in these strong stream conditions. In this eventuality, another date will be offered or a credit note for a future date. We will inform you at least 24 hours in advance if the conditions are likely to be too dangerous.
Please note that we have a strict no drinking and driving policy when driving boats. This applies to the designated boat driver and one crew member and applies from handover to check out. We reserve the right not to hand the boat over to anyone who we have reason to believe is under the influence of alcohol on arrival.
