A baby bed is available free of charge.
The only extra are the final cleaning (30 euro) and the use of the sofa bed (30 euro per person) and could be the air conditioning, if required (45 euro per week).
For a 2 weeks stay within the end of June a reduction in price of 20% is proposed for the 2nd week.
At the arrival a deposit of 150 euro is requested that will be given back at the departure.
Please complete your request by sending an e-mail confirming your accommodation decision, arrival and departure dates and time and your personal details (name, address, tel and handy phone number).
A not refundable account of 25% of the total amount should be sent, via wire transfer free of charges, to our Bank.
Final payment at the arrival. Check in between 16:00 and 19:00; check out within 10:00 am.
