About the area: The house is in a new area so for now only 3 houses have been built and they start with the construction for number 4 house now.

House maid: It is possible to have a house maid every day to clean and making beds and maybe for washing. The price is 100 bath for one our about 1.60 pound or around 2.30 Euro 250 Bath for one day from 8-17 about 4 pound or around 5 Euro 5000 Bath for one month 8-17 about 79 pound or around 112 Euro It is also possible to have nursing for small children. You have to pay 1000 Bath( 22 Euro ) for cleaning and washing sheets ans towels when leaving the house. Booking 30% of the rent. Rest rent have to be paid 2 month before arrival. 100 Euro in damage dep, back to renters account after 2 weeks.

Golf: There are only 1 1/2 kilometre to the most beautiful golf Curse, but there are 7 golf curses in the area af Hua Hun.

Guest Book: To prospective visitors to Hua Hin, Thailand; We rented for 3 weeks in November/December and had a fabulous time using Jette's house as a home base. It is far enough out of town to avoid all the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to easily go into town. The home itself is more then adequate at 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen and small pool. It is surrounded by Coconut Palms and Banana Trees. Everything worked well. Everything worked well. Lots of hot water for showering and a variety of cookware and servings. The Refrigerator is medium sized which was more then adequate and quite cold. The air conditioning worked well and was necessary at night as the house was closed up to prevent 'critters' from entering. The DSL Internet worked flawlessly. Nui, the Thai contact here was always available to answer questions and give suggestions and help out in any way she could. We would unconditionally recommend a stay here, without any reservations.
