Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The above rental prices are charged up to 10 people per week. Additional beds ( max 2) are available in the Villa: The extra prices are of 200 Euro per person a week. No discount for a lower number since the Villa is rented in its entirety. Rental periods of more than one week will be granted a discount of 10% of the rental price. Final cleaning costs are not included.
Booking conditions: no reservation will be binding for the owner unless expressly accepted in writing by both the owner and the client, according to the booking conditions which will be sent by fax or e-mail, by the owner to the guest, on the request of the latter.
Changeover day, arrival and departure: we consider reservations from Saturday to Saturday but we also consider short stay with a minimum of 3 nights during low seasons. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is from 5 pm and the check-out by 10 a.m.
