Special handicap friendly accommodations include an elevator and 36 inch wide hallway doors throughout with 48 inch turning radius to meet the needs of those in a wheel chair or walker. For some quality family time retreat to the third floor and pick out a book from the owner's private library, enjoy the HDTV or play some board games. Back Bay sunsets over the wildlife refuge provide the perfect setting for a family cookout. Take advantage of the screened porch or poolside deck, gas grill and 2 picnic tables.
