Cancellations within 28 days are subject to minimum 1 night penalty to a maximum full forfeiture. We will make every effort to rebook the unit and refund every night that the condo is resold for.

- The en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a separate walk-in power shower, lavatory, large sink, large storage cupboard, hairdryer and under-floor heating. The second shower room on the ground floor has a walk-in power shower, large basin with storage cupboard underneath, hairdryer and a lavatory. All of the rooms are well heated/ ventilated and a large central fan keeps the air circulating nicely.

- The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a very large built-in double wardrobe and a large chest of drawers as well as a comfortable armchair and two bedside cabinets which provide extra storage if required. Outside the bedroom is a mezzanine area with a rocking chair and views of the mountain and the waterfall - perfect for reading a book or an afternoon snooze. The area might also be used to locate a cot or crib. Cable TV, alarm clock and telephone. The second bedroom on the ground floor has two bunk beds, a single bed, a trundle bed which is stored underneath, a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and plenty of under-bed storage. Extensive additional storage for coats, shoes and boots can be found in the built in cupboards in the entrance hall and there are other cupboards for linen and towels.

Notes:
You will be met 'on-site' by our Property Manager Sean, who will show you around and answer any of your questions. The condo will be clean upon your arrival and bed linen changed once per week although additional servicing can be arranged. An iron and ironing board is provided for guests as well as full use of our washing machine and tumble drier. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace. Sean, who speaks both English and French fluently, is local to the area, works in the resort and is available to assist guests - telephone details will be provided. An outdoor locker immediately outside the front door of the condo is available for the storage of any outdoor equipment.
The heated swimming pool (open in Summer) is supervised by a lifeguard and has a large poolhouse/ clubhouse complete with log fire and games for the winter. Toilets, a microwave and dining facilities make it possible to spend all day here! There is also a children's playground with swings etc during Spring and Summer.
