Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A security deposit of £250/$250/€250 is required to secure the booking and to cover damages and/or loss of keys. This is refundable only when and if the rental is completed, the keys have been returned, and a satisfactory report on the condition of the apartment has been received from our local agent.
A charge of $100.00 per rental is levied by W.T.C. Administration for access to the community (gate code) and membership cards for admission to the communal facilities (payable locally by guests on arrival or as soon as possible thereafter).
Rental charges include local taxes, an initial cleaning of the apartment, and local support if problems arise with the apartment.
We advise renters to take out insurance against not proceding with the rental once the security deposit is paid.
We accept payments in £GB, €, and $US only. €/$US rates are shown in our brochure which we will send you in response to your e(i)nquiry. We can accept payments by PayPal but not by credit or debi - Discounts of up to 5% on the rack (normal) rates, at seasons other than High Season, may be available for stays of between10-28 days. If applicable, these will be offered at the time of enquiry.
Rentals of 4 weeks or longer or repeat bookings are eligible for a 10% discount on the rack (normal) rental rates shown above, at all seasons.
Rentals of 3 months or longer duration are eligable for special rates (depending on season), which can be obtained from the proprietor.
Extra days are charged pro-rata to the weekly rental rates applicable to the period of the rental.
Our brochure shows our rates in £STG, € and $US. We can accept payments in these currencies only.
Payment may be made by cheque/check or postal order, may be transferred directly into our UK or US bank account or made by internet into our PayPal account. Cheques in € , PayPal payments, and wire transfers to US banks are subject to additional bank charges which we may ask you to add to your payments. - REFUNDS POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
After the booking is accepted by us, the £250/€250/$250 security deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, whatever the circumstances.
The full rental charge is due for payment not less that six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
After the payment has been made, cancellations from 6 weeks to 4 weeks prior to commencement date of the rental will be eligible for a refund off 50% of the full rental charge only. Cancellations for any reason whatsoever made less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental will not be eligible for any refund.
Renters are advised most strongly to take out appropriate insurance to insure them against loss of the security deposit and/or rental charges in the event of cancellation.

- The en-suite shower room off the master bedroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, wash-basin and storage cabinets. The bathroom adjoining the guest bedroom has a full-size bath with shower above, a toilet and a wash-basin with storage cabinets. Both bathrooms have extractor fans. Bath and hand towels are provided at the commencement of the rental and there are spare towels in the cabinet in the master bedroom. We do not provide towels for beach, pool or tennis court use. Used towels are collected by our agent at the end of the rental for laundering. A hair-drier is provided. Guests should bring their own soap and toiletries.

- The master bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed, two walk in closets and an en-suite shower room and toilet. It has direct access to the lanai and has its own television and radio alarm/clock. There is plenty of drawer and cupboard space. The guest bedroom has twin single beds, a spacious closet/wardrobe and ample drawer space. A bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and vanity unit is located beside the bedroom. Both bedrooms are carpeted and have plantation shutters. Both have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for young children only. Clean bed linen is provided for both bedrooms at the commencement of the rental and there is a spare set of bed linen for both rooms in the cupboard in the master bedroom. Used bed linen is collected at the end of the rental for laundering.
