Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The weekly price includes:
stay of 7 nights, final cleaning, laundry (once a week for the bed linen, twice a week for the towels), maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, firewood and greeting with a welcome basket with local products.
Optional: airport transfer
Daily maid service (4 hours) for €50/day.
Catering service: breakfast + lunch - or dinner for €100/day. The groceries will be charged separately.
There is a filled wine cellar. You are welcome to send us a list with groceries that you would like to have in the villa.
A non-returnable deposit of 30% has to be paid at the time of the booking, the balance is due the latest 4 weeks before the day of arrival. €1500 deposit is required and will be refunded after the inspections at the end of the stay. For each payment you will receive a written confirmation.
