Since we use the house ourselves, you will find everything in perfect shape.
There is a price per week for 2 adults, each extra person €75. The maximum occupancy is for 6 persons.
Children up to 10 yrs are free. Included in the rent: bed linen, bathroom/shower/beach towels, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, trash collection and TV/phone/internet.
Please note that there are some additional charges due to the location in Florida: 11% tax (6% sales tax & 5% tourist tax).
Support is provided by our German and English-speaking property management:
Final cleaning is €110.
Electricity is charged directly on site depending on usage.
Minimum rental over Easter and Christmas 2 weeks, there is an additional seasonal fee of 10%.
There is the possibility to rent a boat with the villa.
A boating license is not required in the USA. All you need is a valid driver's licence for a car and some inst
