The lanai (pool area) has the size of 1400 sq.foot. Next to swimming pool and whirlpool there are an outdoor shower, a table and chairs for 8 people and 4 sun loungers. To protect the little ones a 'Baby Guard Pool Fence' can be mounted at any time. Bathroom, kitchen and living areas are tiled.
