It?s king-sized and queen-sized bedroom suites have lovely sitting areas, private baths and fabulous views out over the ocean and the neighboring islands of St. Martin and St. Barts. Each bedroom opens out to a sunning patio leading to the pool terrace. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in a spacious and airy loft above the living room ? perfect for teenagers or an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items for easy going cooking at the villa. The comfortable and beautifully decorated living room and dining area open onto the terrace for a joyous marriage of indoor and outdoor living, and enjoyment of the glorious Caribbean views. Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
