Final cleaning and change of bed linen and towels – flat fee per stay for up to 4 people: €80, each additional person: €15 extra. Cleaning flat fee for a dog is €30 per stay. The rental period is intended to be from Saturday to Saturday, check-in from 4pm and check-out until noon. Minimum stay is 3 days, at Christmas and New Year, minimum stay is 10 days.
Please do not smoke inside the house.
All utilities are included in the rates, such as gas, water, electricity consumption and fire wood.
