Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Price is valid for 4 persons, each additional person pays € 15 extra per day, a child up to 12 years is free.
  Maximum occupancy 6 persons, price is inclusive of pool service, gardener, water, bed linens, towels and German-speaking support on site.
  
  Electricity is settled with € 0.15 KWh with the caution deposit, 11% Florida state tax is also inclusive (6% sales tax) and tourist tax of Cape Coral city (5%).
  
  Final cleaning € 150, Caution deposit € 300, minimum rental period 7 days.

• Payment terms: A deposit of 20% of rent is due upon confirmation of booking, balance amount, final cleaning charges and caution deposit are payable 30 days before travel date. For last minute bookings, i.e. within 30 days before lease begins, total rent amount is due immediately.
  
  Cancellation: Cancellation fee, up to 60 days before lease begin 10 % of total amount, 59-30 days before lease begins. 30 %, 29-22 days before lease begins. 60 %, from 21 days before lease begins. 80 % of total amount.
