Sundown is a lovely located a few feet opposite the world famous Mullins Beach, with fantastic views of the beach. It is tastefully decorated and includes the latest in entertainment equipment, including two Plasma TVs, surround sound stereo system, DVD player, high speed internet connection and many other modern facilities. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. Three bedrooms have ocean views. The house also has a large pool and beautifully landscaped gardens with outdoor shower. Huge gazebo which has a view of the beach, equipped with a 8 seater dining table, fridge, stainless steel full range BBQ grill and hammock. The entire house is water purified with a Culligan Water Softener, along wtih 2 x 1000 gallon water tanks. There is enough parking space for 10 cars. The Security Deposit is $500.00.
