  The prices for 'Villa Pleasure' are valid for occupancy of 2 persons per week (plus 11 % Florida tax), every additional person will be charged 15 USD per night.
  We love children - 2 childrenup to 6 years are free to stay, 2 children up to 12 years receive 50% discount.
  You can pay the costs for final cleaning 150 USD on site, or even do a bank transfer along the balance payment. Caution deposit is € 350 or 500 USD.
  Long-term rental price from 3 weeks and last minute offers are welcome and please check for offers.

• Our rental price is a complete package without any hidden surcharges and includes initiation and support provided by the house owner on site, electricity (free up to $25 per week, further consumption will be charged with 0.15 USD per kWh and water consumption is completely free, telephone within the region ('local calls'), internet access through Wi-Fi (high speed) trash charges, pool service and garden maintenance, pool heating, bed linen, hand towels and bath towels, as well as hair dryer are completely free.

• Our preferred payment modes are:
  After booking you receive a detailed rental contract from us in German or English, as per your choice.
  After you sign the contract a deposit of 30% of total price has to be paid, the balance is payable at the latest 8 weeks prior to travel date. For last minute bookings, i.e., within 45 days before the beginning of rental period the full rent amount is due. Caution deposit is 350 € or 500 USD and is payable along with the balance rent or can be paid in cash upon arrival.
  
  * In case of cancellations the following terms and conditions are applicable:
  • up to 60 days before start of rental period 10% of rent amount.
  • up to 49 days before start of rental period 30% of rent amount.
  • up to 44 days before start of rental period 60% of rent amount.
  • up to 30 days before start of rental period 90% of rent amount.
