Our prices include:
Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, internet-flatrate, firewood, soap, toilet paper, herbs and spices, consumption costs (electricity, heating costs, water, trash collection), Use of washing machine and tumble-dryer, VAT.
Each additional person is charged €15 per day, €70 per week, €200 per month.
Each child under 18 years is charged €15 per reservation and week.
Unfortunately, we can not offer you a garage or a parking space, and from 4 pm, it always takes some patience to find a parking spot. But we have 2 bicycles, which are free to use, so that you are more independent from your car. Apart from that, we provide drinks at cost price in the basement for our guests.
Well educated dogs are very welcome!
If you should need a babysitter or a dogsitter, contact us! - Check-in from 4 pm, Check-out before 11 am.
If you should arrive earlier and the apartment is already prepared, it is also possible to check-in earlier. If the apartment is not ready yet, you have the opportunity to leave you luggage here and explore the city. A later check-out is also possible, if the apartment is not rented the same day. But this can only be decided on short notice, we apologise for any inconvenience.
If you arrive by airplane, we can also arrange a pick-up service from the airport. - This is also possible if you are staying only 1 or 2 days.
The prices apply for 2 persons, everything is included:

- We set great value on the good quality of the beds! The 160x200 cm bed has been custom made by a carpenter according to antique plans. It is equipped with a high quality slatted frame and a continuous 25 cm thick pocket spring mattress, which take you into the land of dreams and lets you forget the strains of the day. The all-year beddings are 155x220 cm, so even big people won't get cold feet or shoulders. An Aurea-Philipps-TV takes care of the entertainment and a Playstation 3 lets you play your favourite DVD's or BluRays. The Sofa bed boasts a 140x200 cm continuous cold foam mattress and can be easily converted in a sleeping oasis. It is suited for long sleepers.
