- The booking is fixed by the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival or it is paid cash on arrival. A damage deposit of 500 euros is required which will be refunded on departure if no damages are incurred on the property.
Heating for the villa, pool and sauna is not included in the price unless otherwise stated. If not included in the price, heating is calculated by using the check-out. - Extra charges on location:
Final cleaning: 70 €. Cleaning the middle of the stay possible if needed (EUR 40).
Welcome pack on arrival (15 EUR, includes: Bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, 6 eggs and seasonal fruits Please do not be afraid to ask for additional items.
