- The booking is fixed by the non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rent. The balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival or it is paid in cash on arrival. The money is to be paid by electronic bank transfer or online through our website. You should also enter your own insurance. A damage deposit of 500 euros is required which will be refunded upon departure if no damage to the property caused.
Heating for the villa, pool and sauna is not included in the price, unless otherwise stated. If not included in the price, heating is calculated by use of check-out. - Extra charges on location:
Cleaning: 70 euros. Cleaning the middle of the residence in addition to regular (40 euros).
Welcome pack on arrival (15 euros, includes: Bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, 6 eggs and fruits of the season please do not hesitate to ask for additional items. Ham, cheese, ice cream, beer, champagne, etc. to be paid on arrival). - There is a small tax to pay on the spot, which our management company will collect from you directly.
