Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Depending on availability, a 2-night stay is possible at an additional charge, please enquire.
The prices displayed are in Euro and are for a night for 3-4 people.
Each additional person is €20 extra per night and person (max. 5 people, accommodation of 6 people may be accepted on request). For family discount please enquire. 1- 2 persons get a discount of €15 per day(except during specials)
The prices include bedlinen, towels, utilities and final cleaning.
The only side charges are for the meet and greet service:
€35 until 8pm / €55 from 8pm, payable in cash at arrival. - We kindly ask you to pay in Euro.
Method of payment is bank transfer to our Italian account stated in the booking contract.
You can also pay via PayPal (5% charge).
A deposit of 25% of the total amount is due upon booking. The remainder is payable 6 weeks before the arrival.
With bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival at the house, the full amount is due at once.
