- The weekly price includes:
Stay of 7 nights, final cleaning, laundry (once a week for the bed linen, twice a week for the towels), maintenance of the swimming pools and the garden, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, mobile phone of the villa, firewood and welcome with a welcome basket with local products.
Optional: Airport transfer.
Daily maid service (4 hours) for €50/day.
Catering service: breakfast + lunch - or dinner for €100/day. The groceries will be charged separately.
There is a filled wine cellar. You are welcome to send a list with groceries that you want to find in the villa.
A non-returnable deposit of 30% is payable at time of booking, the balance has to be paid latest until 4 weeks before the arrival date. € 2.000 deposit is required that will be refunded after the inspections at the end of the stay. For each payment you will receive a written confirmation.
