On arrival the fee for final cleaning and the required optional services included in your stay and a deposit of $ 500 only in cash. As part of our delivery staff will instruct you like to know and fully evaluate the details of your rented residence. - Power consumption
On arrival the staff will read the electricity meter in your presence. The meter readings are entered on the certificate passed for consumption.

The final cleaning is done by our service staff on site. We therefore ask that you respect the date of departure by 10 clock unconditional to enable proper cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next holidaymakers. Upon entering the apartment you are in a large living-dining area, which is followed by a large terrace to the Pacific side. Directly to the living / dining area is followed by the spacious kitchen and the area of the home economics room. In the second area of the apartment, the four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath, each with toilet and wash basin.
The Bellazul floor villa has a high equipment. All rooms have ceiling fans that are controlled by switches. The bedrooms also have one low-noise air-conditioning, with your preferred temperature setting. The living / dining area has a stereo with Bose speaker system.
