If the tenant cancels the contract before arrival without naming a new tenant to
take their place in the contract for the same conditions, the following proportionate amount of rent must be paid as compensation, provided a further rental is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rental price.
We will also try to rent the object to somebody else.
If the tenant ends their stay prematurely, they are still obligated to pay the full price of the rental.
